Stepping into your flow in 2020

There's always a lot of buzz and excitement in January and probably more so this year being not only a new year but also a new decade. In looking ahead, it's always good to reflect back and take note on all the things that have happened, all the lessons learned to get to this point. For Flow 2 Freedom, it was a big year indeed.

We officially launched our Flow 2 Freedom Apparel website in May and it was both exhilarating and scary at the same time. Exhilarating because we were finally able to share our line of patent pending leakproof collection with the world and scary because we didn't have a clue how people would react. To say the least, we are filled with so much joy and gratitude because we have received an abundance of support and positive feedback which makes the whole process worth it.

More than anything, we have been able to speak up, create awareness around the issues of heavy periods and incontinence. Don't get us wrong, it has and will continue to be an uphill battle as we see some people squirm over the topic of discussion but we know we are connecting and forging relationships with new people every single day. To be able to help just one person not feel shame or anxiety but to empower and help them get their confidence back in order to live to their potential is the ultimate goal.

As we step into the flow of 2020, we are thrilled to continue to challenge ourselves as well as you to help us spread our mission. Let's kick some period taboo ass!
